According to Business Insider, Grey, an advertising and marketing firm based in New York City, is the latest marketing agency to offer a 4 day work week for its employees. A company-wide memo has described the new policy as a way for employees to have "more free time to help balance work and personal demands." The only downside of working a shortened week with a three day weekend is that employees will have to be willing to take a 15% pay cut.
