According to Refinery29, Keira Knightley has written an essay about the pressure put on women to look unrealistically unaffected by child birth immediately after delivering a baby. Knightley has written about her objections to the impossible new-mom standards set by hollywood, as well as the sexist double standards she's faced in her profession. In her essay she describes her experience with child birth as a "battleground".
