VIDEO : Banksy's Balloon Girl Painting Self-Destructs After Being Sold For Over 1 Million Pounds

According to a report by Reuters, on Friday, a painting by the mysterious Banksy shred itself to pieces at the moment it sold for over 1 million pounds at a London auction. Auction house Sotheby's said that the moment the hammer fell the bottom half of "Girl With Balloon," one of the artist's best-known works, was sucked into a shredder hidden its frame. The 12-year old painting had just been sold for 1,042,000 pounds, or 1.37 million dollars.
