Refinery29.com recently released a list of great Halloween looks that only need makeup. The first on their list is "Over The Rainbow" look. All you need is rainbow, glitter eyeshadow. The next look is 'The Hero.' It requires specific makeup skills, but when it's pulled off you are wearing one freaking cute eyeshadow mask. Anyone who tries out these looks will look fabulous at any Halloween party!
