With Lord of the Rings continuing its middle-earth saga in series form, the mastermind behind the original trilogy, Peter Jackson, is excited to experience such a tale without being involved in it.
On Friday at New York Comic Con, Jackson told Comicbook.com, he?s ?not really? protective of the franchise. He added, ?I?m kind of looking forward to it. I was a guy who didn't get to see the Lord of the Rings like everybody else because I had to make it, so I'm looking forward to seeing somebody else's take on the Tolkien world."
