VIDEO : Lousiana College Is Offering Course On Anthony Bourdain

Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana, is offering a class on Anthony Bourdain this Spring, says UpRoxx. The course, "Anthony Bourdain and His Influencers," will be taught by professor Todd Kennedy. Kennedy says students will explore Bourdain?s work along with the writings and films that influenced him. Kennedy says he received almost "immediate approval" to teach the course. He said Bourdain was "original" in the way he put together "literature, film, travel and food."
