VIDEO : Kanye Calls Wants 13th Amendment (Which Ended Slavery) Abolished

Kanye West is talking about slavery again.
But this time, he's spotlighting the 13th Amendment, which officially abolished slavery in North America after the Civil War.
According to The Wrap, West called for the 13th Amendment itself to be wiped out.
He wrote somewhat of a confusing statement on Twitter.
West said "This represents good and America becoming whole again. We will no longer outsource to other countries. We build factories here in America and create jobs... We will provide jobs for all who are free from prisons as we abolish the 13th amendment. Message sent with love"
The Wrap points out that it is unclear if the rapper meant to cite a different amendment or not.
The tweet was accompanied by a picture of West rocking a "Make America Great Again" hat, on what looks like is a private plane.
