Winston Duke has a fair number of fans for his role as M'Bakuin in the MCU.

Comicbook.com reports Duke shared a video of his workout routine on Instagram.

Duke can be seen bouncing a medicine ball pretty easily.

Duke also tagged the location of the video as "Atlanta, Georgia", the filming location for Avengers 4.

So Duke may be getting in shape for the film, which premieres May 3rd, 2019.
