Comicbook.com reports according to Nikki Bella, they aren't even talking. In an interview with ET, Bella confirms that she is single, but not dating at the moment. She says, "I've got to admit I am single but I'm not ready for mingling yet." As for a possible rekindling with Cena, Bella simply says, "He's doing him and I'm doing me."
