VIDEO : Reason Why Pampers Took Away Sesame Street Character Illustrations

According to Comicbook.com earlier this summer, Proctor & Gamble, the makers of Pampers decided to remove Sesame Street characters from some of its Pampers diapers varieties. They are replacing the iconic characters with different illustrations. Recently there have been allegations that they removed the characters because there were too many male characters in the group. Today, Proctor & Gamble has officially denied that the change has anything to do with gender. However, the real reason for change does involve parent feedback, but they say that feedback has nothing to do with the gender of Sesame Street characters.
