VIDEO : SEC sues SeaWorld over 'Blackfish'

According to Reuters, The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday sued SeaWorld Entertainment Inc and former chief executive James Atchison.
The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, states that Sea World Entertainment and Atchinson misled investors about the negative effect that the 2013 documentary ?Blackfish? would have on the company?s reputation and business.
?Blackfish? is the story of Tilikum, a captive killer whale that has taken the lives of several people, and it underscores problems within the sea-park industry, man's relationship to nature, and how little has been learned about these highly intelligent mammals.
