Keith posted the sweet moment to his Twitter account with the message, "We LOVE celebrating birthdays on the #GraffitiUWorldTour! Happy Birthday, Ella, thanks for spending it with us!! ." Keith is pretty well known for rocking the birthday song at his concerts.
