Screenrant reports Nicolas Cage wants the next actor to play Superman to have more vulnerability.
Cage is such a big fan he named his kid Kal-El and nearly played the Man of Steel himself.
But the project was cancelled before filming began in 1998.
Rumors have been going around that Henry Cavill will no longer be playing Superman in the DCEU.
Warner Bros. has neither confirmed nor denied that this is true.
