VIDEO : Eminem Admits He Went 'Too Far' By Calling Tyler, The Creator, A Homophobic Slur

Celebrity in this news:

In a song off Eminem?s latest album, the rapper calls Tyler, the Creator a homophobic slur.
Among many listeners who were outright in expressing their disgust on social media about the line, Imagine Dragons frontman and LGBTQ rights advocate Dan Reynolds was among the song?s most prominent critics.
According to HuffPost, on Thursday, Eminem sat down with rapper Sway for an interview and addressed the backlash, saying he now believes he crossed a line by including the slur.
Eminem explains, ?The word that I called him on that song was one of the things where I felt like, ?This might be too far.? Because in my quest to hurt him, I realized that I was hurting a lot of other people by saying it.?
Eminem?s swipe may have been intended as a clapback after Tyler, the Creator criticized Eminem?s song ?Walk on Water,? last year.
