Sony?s ?Venom? film starring Tom Hardy is projected to break box office records for October. Comicbook.com reports early tracking numbers say it will open between $60 and $70 million. That would make it the highest-earning opening weekend in October box office history. The current record was set five years ago by the movie ?Gravity? which made $55.7 million.
