Comicbook.com reports Netflix and HBO are still at war.

And a new HBO executive made a pretty insulting comparison about their competitor.

CEO Randall Stephenson called HBO "the Tiffany" to Netflix's "Walmart."

HBO put out more original programming to compete with Netflix recently.

Stephenson said they will not spend as much as Netflix did, $12 billion, on new content.
