After the performance, Simon pleaded to the camera that Garth Brooks should write a song for Michael.
According to Extra, Garth Brooks actually got the message and reached out to Simon. Cowell told Extra, ?We've heard from Garth and it's positive. Not that he could write a song for him for the final. That would be unfair.
