For fans of the 2011 Hugh Jackman/ Evangeline Lilly feel-good robot movie 'Reel Steel', a sequel has always been possible....until now. According to ComicBook.com, Lilly recently dashed any and all sequel rumors during a panel at FanX. Lilly told fans "I honestly was with you guys in pushing really hard for a Real Steel 2". Lilly blamed Real Steel's box office failure on marketing, saying the movie was a sweet story about a father and son, but the film's marketing played up the action and sci-fi elements, Lilly told the FanX crowd, ?I just think the wrong people ended up in the theater".
