Way before he was president, Donald Trump was interested in Oscar-winning actress Emma Thompson, she said.
Thompson recounted the time when Trump asked her out on a date in 1998. She appeared on "The Late Show" on Thursday where she dished. Ironically, Thompson said portrayed character inspired by Hillary Clinton in Primary Colors in the film.
Thompson telling Stephen Colbert, "In those days he was just a kind of a tacky property owner.
