Over two decades after the fact, Simpsons producer Matt Selman has discovered a glaring continuity error from a classic episode of the animated sitcom. Over the nearly 30 seasons on the air, the beloved FOX comedy has become well-known for its complete disregard for maintaining continuity between episodes. Screen Rant reports that a flashback episode in season 6's "And Maggie Makes Three," an error occurred. In the scene where Homer and Marge discuss her being pregnant with Maggie, a framed photo of Maggie can be seen hanging directly behind them on the wall. The amazing thing is no one spotted it for over 20 years!
