VIDEO : Stephen Colbert Discusses Scathing NYT Op-Ed From A Trump Official

Stephen Colbert addressed a scathing New York Times op-ed written by an anonymous senior Trump administration official.

The "Late Show" host joked briefly about the piece in his monologue on Wednesday.

"Mr. President, they traced the resistance, and it's coming from inside the White House!"

Business Insider says Colbert also discussed the article with former Secretary of State John Kerry.

Kerry saying, "We have a president who's there, but he is not capable of doing the job or living up to the responsibilities."
