VIDEO : Dorothy's Ruby Slippers Stolen 13 Years Ago Are Found

According to o Newser, law enforcement officials are preparing to make the formal announcement that the shoes stolen from the Judy Garland Museum in her hometown of Grand Rapids, Minn., in late August 2005 have been found. The iconic ruby red slippers are one of four pairs known to still exist. The legendary bedazzled pumps are insured for $1 million but are likely worth more. The 3 other pairs of ruby slippers are housed at the Smithsonian Institution, an LA museum, and in a private collection.
