Allure reports that Elle Fanning rocked pigtails on the red carpet this week. Her new film 'Galveston' premiered at the Deauville American Film Festival in France. She accompanied her two ponytails with a custom yellow and cream Miu Miu gown with a beautifully accented crystal bow. Though, pigtails are considered a juvenile hairstyle, this 20-year-old actress looked absolutely stunning and mature. She really is coming into her own.
