September 1st is an important day for Harry Potter fans around the world each year. According to J.K Rowling's books, the Hogwarts Express makes its timely departure from London's King's Cross Station every September 1st to take students to Howarts. This day also marks special events and celebrations for Harry Potter fans. This week, one such celebration took place at Kings Cross Station in London. Stars of the upcoming Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald including Jude Law (who plays young Professor Albus Dumbledore) and Eddie Redmayne (who plays Newt Scamander) surprised fans by showing up at the station as part of this year's Back to Hogwarts Day. Fans gathered at Platform 9 3/4 to take pictures with the stars who also led the countdown to the departure of the Hogwarts Express.
