Lana Del Rey was scheduled to perform at an Israeli music festival in September. According to Channel24, pressure from Palestinian boycott activists has caused the singer to cancel. On a Twitter post, Del Rey said it was important for her to be able to treat all her fans equally. She said until she can schedule performances for both Israel and Palestine, she will postpone her trip. Her post was not clear whether her reason was political or a scheduling issue.
