VIDEO : Cats Movie Musical Coming to Theaters In 2019

According to Screen Rant, Universal Studios has set a December 2019 release date for a film version of Cats the Musical. The movie is going to take the spot that was originally reserved for the studio's film adaptation of the Wicked stage musical. Cats is one of the longest-running stage musicals in Broadway history,and it is based on T.S. Eliot's poetry. The show features some of the best work from Tony award-winning Broadway icon Andrew Lloyd Webber.
