Val Kilmer was spotted at lunch with his daughter Mercedes as news broke that the sequel to the 1986 hit ?Top Gun? has been delayed.
Extra reports, Kilmer, who has been battling throat cancer, appeared to be happy and healthy as he chatted with his daughter.
Kilmer is reprising his role in ?Top Gun? as Iceman, despite his recent health issues.
Tom Cruise told Extra in July, how ?special? it is to with Kilmer, and shared that ?he?s doing really well.?
Paramount says the delay of Top Gun: Maverick is due to complicated and technical flight sequences. The film has been pushed back to June 2020.
