According to Uproxx, actress Emmy Rossum, who plays Fiona Gallagher on the Showtime program 'Shameless', is leaving the show after nine seasons. Rossum made the announcement Thursday in an emotional post on her Facebook page. The actress wrote, "There is much more Gallagher story to be told. I will always be rooting for my family. Try not to think of me as gone, just think of me as moving down the block." In 2016, the 31-year-old made headlines when she refused to sign on for the drama?s eighth season unless she was offered more money than co-star William H. Macy to make up for the seven years she was paid less.
