MoviePass was a great deal when it started out.
However, a series of changes to what the service offers has customers looking for a way to cancel.
Customers also want a refund.
That last part is particularly important for those who paid $89.95 for an annual membership.
According to Screen Rant, there is a way to cancel and get a refund.
On the MoviePass app or website, go to "Account Details," and then to "Plan & Billing Info."
Then select "Cancel." At this point you will be required to provide a reason for your cancelation.
You will not be able to reactivate your account or start a new subscription for at least 9 months.
If you're OK with that, just hit "Cancel Subscription" and you're done.

You can also file a dispute with your bank or credit card company.
This may result in you being awarded a full or partial refund.
