Rolling Stone reports that musical group Coldplay initially rejected Warner Brother's request to use their song "Yellow" in the film 'Crazy Rich Asians."
"Yellow" is often used as a derogatory term to describe Asian people.
Warner Bros. also didn't know if the song?s "title and placement" in the new Rom-Com would stir up controversy.
But ?Crazy Rich Asians? Director Jon M. Chu wanted to repurpose the word.
