According to The Huffington Post, Kristen Bell?s obsession with coffee as a parent is very relatable.
In a recent PopSugar interview, ?The Good Place? actress got candid about her love for caffeine before getting her kids ready for school.
She admitted, "I?m very candid with my children that I don?t want to speak to them about anything before I have that coffee, and they know it.?
Bell, who is married to fellow actor Dax Shepard also once confessed her love for matcha. ?I try to have as little interaction with my children as possible before I have some matcha, so our relationship is preserved ... I like coffee, but it gives me a slump after 30 minutes, so I switched to matcha about a year ago and I love it.?
Kristin also described the rest of her mornings to PopSugar as she preps her daughters Lincoln and Delta, for school, who are 5 and 3.
After coffee she says, "Then it?s breakfast. Then they have about a half-hour of playtime while I feed the dog, brush my teeth, put some semblance of sunscreen and pants on to attend preschool.?
