VIDEO : 23 Prince Albums Come to Streaming Services

The majority of Prince?s discography from the 1990s and 2000s has arrived on streaming services.
Rolling Stone reports, until now, only a limited slice of Prince?s catalog was available on most streaming platforms. This included his indispensable Eighties LPs like Purple Rain, Dirty Mind, and Sing o? the Times.
In June, Prince?s estate reached a deal with Sony to acquire the distribution right to 35 of the singer?s albums, 23 of which are available now.
Prince?s relationship with streaming was frequently hostile. He pulled all of his albums from every streaming service except for Tidal in 2015.
Following his death, Prince?s estate allowed for various LPs and compilations to reappear on Spotify and Apple Music beginning in February 2017.
