According to SF Gate, Will Ferrell?s comedy production companies Gary Sanchez and Gloria Sanchez Productions have signed a deal with Paramount Pictures. The production companies are currently being run by Will Ferrell, writer and director Adam McKay and producer Jessica Elbaum. These companies emphasize comedy and are behind hits like the ?Anchorman? franchise, ?Step Brothers?, and ?Sleeping With Other People.? Wyck Godfrey, president of Paramount?s Motion Picture Group says, ?Adam and Will are among the most influential and innovative comedic minds of our time, and we couldn?t be happier to welcome back the strong partnership?.
