The 41-year-old "This Is Us" star was on NBC's "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" Tuesday night to discuss the upcoming movie and said he got a call from his rep with Lopez's request. He said the first time he met her backstage at an event that involved their NBC shows. "Second Act" hits theaters November 21.
