According to SF Gate, Sony Pictures Classics has acquired the North American rights for Ralph Fiennes? film ?The White Crow". The film, based on the book ?Rudolf Nureyev: The Life? by Julie Kavanaugh, was directed by Fiennes and written by Oscar-nominated David Hare. ?The White Crow? follows the life of ballet dancer Rudolf Nureyev and his stunning escape to the West at the height of the Cold War.
