According to a report by Comicbook.com, court documents show that Ben Affleck and estranged wife Jennifer Garner have been advised by the Los Angeles Superior Court that the case may be dismissed if the final judgement isn't filed and entered soon. The documents stated that "if you fail to take the appropriate steps in your case, the court may dismiss your case for delay in prosecution." Affleck and Garner filed to end their decade-long marriage in 2016.
