Screen Rant reports there won't be any other Justice League team member cameos in Aquaman.
Why?
Because it seems that the DCEU is not as successful as Warner had hoped.
So, with their billion dollar universe in floundering, Warner Bros. and DC are slightly shifting their strategy.
The new vision will focus on individual characters and their franchises.
These movies will still exist in the same universe.
However, the level of crossover won't be as high as some audiences would expect.
Director James Wan reiterated that feeling in a chat with EW.
---I wanted to keep the story to the world of Aquaman and not have to worry about what other characters are doing in their films and how that would affect us. I just thought the simplest way was to keep it clean ? keep it simple and let it be an Aquaman story.---
