VIDEO : Oscars To Create New Award For Popular Movies

On Wednesday, organizers of the Oscars said they would create a new award category for popular movies.
The Academy of Motion Pictures board of governors said they would limit the televised ceremony to three hours.
Reuters reports the changes will take effect during the February 2019 ceremony.
In recent years, the Oscars ceremony has suffered declining audiences.
This marks a major shake-up in the most prestigious honors in the movie industry.
