VIDEO : John DeLorean Biopic ?Driven? Will Screen At Venice Film Festival

According to SF Gate, director Nick Hamm?s biopic on the life and times of John DeLorean will close this year?s Venice Film Festival. The world premiere of ?Driven? will screen on September 8 in the Sala Grande of the Palazzo del Cinema at the Lido di Venezia, immediately after the awards ceremony for the 75th annual festival. The film is set in early 1980s California and follows the meteoric rise of John DeLorean and his iconic DeLorean Motor Company. The biopic also focuses on his friendship with charming ex-con turned FBI informant, Jim Hoffman played by Jason Sudeikis.
