Funko Pop's Pokemon Pikachu figure was released last month as a Target exclusive, but getting your hands on one was next to impossible. According to ComicBook.com, this morning, the figure was available to order online from the retailer, but completely sold out in less than 5 minutes. However, the existence of an online listing means that you may be able to keep track of the difficult to find vinyl figure if it ever becomes available for a restock. If the listing disappears altogether, you'll know that paying a premium on eBay is probably your only option at that point.
