VIDEO : Bob Weir To Play Classic Grateful Dead Songs With New Trio

According to a report by Rollingstone, following a tour with Dead & Company, Bob Weir will return to the road in the fall with a new band called Wold Brothers. The trio, featuring Weir along with RatDog drummer Jay Lane and bassist Don Was, will play songs from the Grateful Dead catalog on the tour, which kicks off on October 16th in Reno, Nevada. Weir said of the new trio, "Wolf Bros is something that really took its roots back in the spring of 2015 when Don Was came up to TRI [Studios] and helped us piece together Dead & Company."
