Director Matt Reeves, who is set to write and helm the upcoming Batman movie, has given a major update on the film's status. According to Comicbook.com, while at a Television Critics Association event, Reeves said he's currently working hard on the film's script, with the goal to turn in a draft in a matter of weeks. Reeves has been coy on the plot of The Batman, but did hint that the story will have a very specific tone. He explained, "There?s no continuation of the Nolan films.
