Today users found many listings are no longer shown on the app, making the service useless.
MoviePass's Twitter as well as the one for its official customer support has been very quiet.
Last week's tweet apologized for issues users were having checking in at theaters.
Users are not happy about this latest development and have doubts about the company's future.
