Kim documented time with her sisters on her Instagram Story Sunday evening.
Allure reports that Kendall told Kim, "I'm really concerned, I don't think you're eating. You look so skinny!"
Kim responds, "What?! Oh my god, thank you!"
Kendall holds up her tiny handbag and says, "My purse is as tiny as you!"
Khloe and her friend Malika Haqq then speculate that Kim must only be eating celery and lettuce.
Kim tells her sisters and followers that she's "down to 119 pounds."
