According to SF Gate, 'Mission: Impossible - Fallout' is on course for a $60 million opening weekend. An opening above $57 million would give 'Fallout' the highest one in the franchise's history, passing that of ?Mission: Impossible II? back in 2000. The film also could set a new opening weekend record for Tom Cruise, topping the actor's $64.8 million launch for 2005's ?War of the Worlds.
