Multiple sources close to director James Gunn have shown their support for him in the aftermath of his being fired from working on 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.' Dave Bautista, who played Drax in the first two films, is one of Gunn's vocal supporters on social media. For Gunn, the ordeal began after he shared some insulting comments about Donald Trump. This prompted prominent alt-right activists to dig through all of Gunn's tweets to find incriminating comments.
