VIDEO : Noah Addresses Backlash From Sexist, Racist Aboriginal 'Jokes'

Celebrity in this news:

Trevor Noah has addressed the backlash for a racist joke he told in 2013.
Channel 24 South Africa reports that Noah is unapologetic over the comments.
While chatting with Australian radio station Triple J, Noah said the joke didn't mean to offend.
---I?m not trying to hurt people with comedy, otherwise I would get into a different job.--
Noah's explanation has been called rambling and nonsensical.
He put the blame, in part, on people looking for things to be angry about.
---What I mean is people don?t generally want to listen or understand from their side. They go, no we?re angry. And regardless of how many times you speak about the thing, they still want to be angry. And so all you can do is fall back and say, hey I?ve addressed this, and I know people who follow me know that I?ve addressed this, but all you can do is move forward at some point.---
The explanation and non-apology appear to have done more harm than good.
Calls are growing for Noah to be fired from the Daily Show and for his comedy tour to be boycotted.
