VIDEO : Update On Game of Thrones Final Season & Prequel Series Filming

Game of Throne?s fans take note!
According to ScreenRant, HBO programming president, Casey Bloys has confirmed that GoT?s final season, Season 8, will premiere during the first half of 2019.
However, while the battle for the Iron Throne is scheduled to come to an end next year, HBO has ordered spinoffs to continue the Game of Thrones universe.
The new series will be set thousand of years before the current series, but has yet to receive any firm date on going into production.
