Disney and Comcast have made decisions to fire both Roseanne Barr and James Gunn for their indiscretions.
Rosanne Barr posted racist comments on Twitter and James Gunn posted jokes about rape and pedophilia.
"While smaller entities would have to swallow hard at the prospect of losing their top-rated TV show... For Disney, those kinds of decisions might hurt, but in the bigger scheme of things, they represent costs of doing business that the company is able to fairly easily absorb." CNN
Gunn has taken the ramifications of his action better than Barr has.
He told the press that he "understands and accepts the business decision..."
Barr has posted videos on youtube claiming she was fired, because she voted for Trump.
