VIDEO : Trayvon Martin Song Released For New Jay-Z Backed Film

The Roots rapper, Black Thought, released a new video that honors Trayvon Martin.
Trayvon was a 17-year-old African-America boy who was gunned down in 2012 in Florida by a "neighborhood watch" patroller.
Black Thought's video, "Rest in Power," is the title track paired alongside a docuseries by the same name about the child's killing.
Song lyrics include, "One killer, one child, one weapon / The shooter was unthreatened / 71 seconds / So many unanswered questions.?
The rapper also adds, "If the wounds heal, the memories never fade / I wonder if you?re in heaven?s 11th grade / Six thousand, two hundred and 30 days / Too young of an early age / Such evil and worldly ways.?
In addition to archival film footage, the video includes an outstretched American flag, photos of Trayvon, protestors and footballer Colin Kaepernick kneeling.
The Jay-Z produced film "Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story" airs on July 30th on Paramount Network.
